Munyiva has varied experience in commercial dispute resolution having dealt with land holding claims, shareholder disputes, insurance repudiation claims, reinsurance, landlord and tenant claims, logistics and fintech.

She is an alumnus of Lukenya Academy- IGCSE and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) degree from Africa Nazarene University and a Certificate in Psychology from the same university.
She is admitted to practice in Kenya and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya where she serves as a Committee Member in the Family Court Division Bar-Bench Committee.
She is a member of the East African Law Society and also a committee member on the Data Privacy and Governance Society. She is a trained mediator and has certification from the University of Cambridge on Sustainable Development and the Law.
